How payment and project delivery work at UltraTech Kuwait
KNET, secure payment link, cash on delivery, or bank transfer — stated plainly, along with how project payments are staged and what warranty covers your installation and hardware.
Quick answer
UltraTech Kuwait accepts KNET, WAMD, secure payment link, cash on delivery, and bank transfer; installation and IT projects are paid 50% in advance to confirm the order and the balance on completion. Delivery begins within 2–4 days of the advance clearing. A site survey is a flat KD 30, deducted from your project value when you proceed. Installation work carries a 1-month workmanship warranty, and most hardware carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. See our AMC maintenance contracts for ongoing coverage after that period, or contact us for a quote.

Payment methods we accept
Choose whichever is easiest — all methods are accepted for products, services, and project payments.
KNET
Kuwait's national debit network — pay directly by KNET for products, services, and project installments.
Secure Payment Link
We send a payment link for card payment through a licensed payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your order or equipment is delivered or installed on-site.
WAMD
Kuwait's instant payment service, operated by KNET under Central Bank supervision — send payment straight from your bank app using a phone number.
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer against an official invoice — the standard method for corporate and government clients.
Site survey & planning visit
Before we quote an installation, an engineer visits your site to measure the space, check existing cabling and power, identify obstacles, and plan the layout. That visit is charged at a flat KD 30, and it is what makes the quotation that follows a real figure rather than a guess.
The KD 30 is deducted from your project value when you proceed with us — so if you go ahead, the survey effectively costs you nothing.

How project payments are staged
For installations and IT projects, payment is split into two clear stages — no surprises at handover.
50% advance payment
Paid on quote value to confirm the order and begin work — by KNET, WAMD, payment link, cash, or bank transfer.
Delivery begins in 2–4 days
Delivery and installation start within 2 to 4 days of the advance payment clearing. Full completion depends on the project scope and product availability.
Balance paid on completion
The remaining amount is due immediately once the project is completed, by any of the same accepted methods.
Payment & warranty planner
Enter your quote value and completion date to see exactly what you pay at each stage and when each warranty period ends — then save both expiry dates to your calendar so the hardware warranty doesn't quietly lapse. Everything is calculated in your browser; nothing is sent to us.
Pay in advance to begin
KWD 750.000
Confirms the order and covers equipment procurement.
Balance on completion
KWD 750.000
Due immediately once the project is completed and handed over.
Payable by KNET, WAMD, payment link, cash, or bank transfer.

Your rights under Kuwait law
These periods are what UltraTech commits to on top of your statutory rights. Under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, no contract term can remove a supplier's obligations or restrict your rights as a consumer — nothing on this page does, or is intended to.
After the hardware warranty ends
Cover does not have to stop there. An annual or monthly maintenance contract keeps the same equipment under a 4-hour response SLA with scheduled preventive visits.
An illustration based on standard terms, not a quotation or a contract. The figures and dates on your signed quotation and invoice are the ones that apply.
Warranty on installation & hardware
1-month installation warranty
Workmanship on every installation is covered for 1 month from project completion. If an issue relates to how the work was carried out, we return and fix it at no extra charge.
1-year hardware warranty
Most hardware and equipment carries a 1-year manufacturer-backed warranty. Claiming it requires following the maintenance steps the manufacturer specifies; damage from misuse, lack of required maintenance, or normal wear falls outside the warranty, per standard manufacturer terms.

Payment & delivery — FAQs
What payment methods does UltraTech Kuwait accept?
KNET, WAMD instant payment, a secure payment link (card payment through a licensed processor — we never see your card number), cash on delivery, and bank transfer against an official invoice. Corporate and government clients typically use bank transfer.
How does payment work for an installation or IT project?
Projects are paid in two parts: 50% of the quote value in advance to confirm and begin the work, and the remaining balance immediately on completion. Either portion can be paid by KNET, WAMD, payment link, cash, or bank transfer.
What warranty applies to installation work?
Installation and workmanship carry a 1-month warranty from the date the project is completed — if something related to the installation itself needs adjustment, we return and fix it at no extra charge.
What warranty applies to hardware and equipment?
Most hardware carries a 1-year manufacturer-backed warranty. Claiming it requires the maintenance steps specified by the manufacturer; damage from misuse, lack of required maintenance, or normal wear is excluded, in line with standard manufacturer terms.
How much does a site survey or initial visit cost?
A site survey, initial visit, or planning visit is charged at a flat KD 30, and that amount is deducted from your project value once you proceed with us — so if you go ahead, the survey effectively costs nothing. An engineer attends your site to measure the space, check existing cabling and power, identify obstacles, and plan the layout, which is what allows the quotation that follows to be a firm figure rather than an estimate.
How long does delivery take after I pay the advance?
Delivery and installation begin within 2 to 4 days of the 50% advance payment clearing. The full completion time depends on the scope of the project and the availability of the specific products involved — both are confirmed in writing on your quotation before you pay.
Do you require a deposit before starting a project?
Yes — a 50% advance payment on the quoted value confirms the order and secures scheduling. This is standard practice for installation and project work in Kuwait and covers equipment procurement before the balance is due on completion.
Is card information stored when I pay online?
No. Card payments go through a secure payment link processed by a licensed payment provider — UltraTech never sees or stores your card number.
Do these warranty terms affect my rights under Kuwait law?
No. The 1-month installation warranty and 1-year hardware warranty are commitments offered on top of your statutory rights. Under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, any contract clause that removes a supplier's obligations or restricts a consumer's rights is void — so nothing in our terms limits the remedies the law gives you.
What currency are prices quoted in?
All prices, quotations, and invoices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), quoted to three decimal places (fils) as is standard in Kuwait.
