How payment and project delivery work at UltraTech Kuwait

UltraTech Kuwait accepts KNET, WAMD, secure payment link, cash on delivery, and bank transfer; installation and IT projects are paid 50% in advance to confirm the order and the balance on completion. For homes and businesses: Site visits are free in most areas of Kuwait. Distant areas have a location-based fee; select your area to see the exact fee before booking. Any visit or consultation is quoted with the project. Installation work carries a 1–3 month workmanship warranty, depending on the project, and all hardware carries a 1-year manufacturer warranty. Secure Payment Link
We send a payment link for card payment through a licensed payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Cash on Delivery
Pay in cash when your order or equipment is delivered or installed on-site.
WAMD
Kuwait's instant payment service, operated by KNET under Central Bank supervision — send payment straight from your bank app using a phone number.
Bank Transfer
Direct bank transfer against an official invoice — the standard method for corporate and government clients.
Site visits
For homes and businesses: Site visits are free in most areas of Kuwait. Distant areas have a location-based fee; select your area to see the exact fee before booking. Any paid visit fee is deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us. Custom orders, pre-order products and project orders are planned with you as part of the order. Any visit or consultation is quoted with the project. An engineer plans access-point placement, wiring, piping and conduit, intercom, CCTV, networking and other technical planning with you.

For installations and IT projects, payment is split into two clear stages — no surprises at handover.

Paid on quote value to confirm the order and begin work — by KNET, WAMD, payment link, cash, or bank transfer.
Delivery and installation start in 2–3 days
Delivery and installation start within 2–3 days after the 50% advance is cleared. Project completion time depends on the scope and requirements.
Balance paid on completion
The remaining amount is due immediately once the project is completed, by any of the same accepted methods.

Your rights under Kuwait law
These periods are what UltraTech commits to on top of your statutory rights. Under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014, no contract term can remove a supplier's obligations or restrict your rights as a consumer — nothing on this page does, or is intended to.
After the hardware warranty ends
Cover does not have to stop there. An annual or monthly maintenance contract keeps the same equipment under a same-day response to critical faults with scheduled preventive visits.

Returns and refunds
Return a product within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- It must be unused, in its original packaging, with all its accessories.
- We refund the full amount to the way you paid: KNET, WAMD, payment link, cash or bank transfer.
- Returns are free at our Fahaheel branch. We can also collect the product from you, for a fee.
Not returnable
- Products we have installed or configured at your site (faults are covered by the warranty instead).
- Special and project orders: products ordered in for you or for your project.
- Software licences and subscriptions once delivered.
- Cable cut to length and opened consumables.
Faulty on arrival? That is a warranty claim: every product carries a 1-year hardware warranty.

Installed or configured items, special and project orders, software licences, cut cable and opened consumables cannot be returned.
Is card information stored when I pay online?
No. Card payments go through a secure payment link processed by a licensed payment provider — UltraTech never sees or stores your card number.
What currency are prices quoted in?
All prices, quotations, and invoices are in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD), quoted to three decimal places (fils) as is standard in Kuwait.
