How much do switching, routing & SD-WAN services cost in Kuwait?
Core / access switching & VLANs: from 120 KWD (managed access switch, 24-port PoE, supplied and configured). Routing & inter-branch VPN: from 90 KWD (branch VPN router or firewall, per site, installed). SD-WAN for multi-branch: from 150 KWD (SD-WAN appliance, per branch, installed). Exact prices are fixed in writing after a 20 KWD site visit, deducted from your invoice.
Do we need managed switches?
If you have Wi-Fi, IP phones or cameras, yes. Managed switches separate them into VLANs, power them over PoE and show you which port is at fault. Unmanaged switches do none of that.
Is SD-WAN worth it for a few branches?
From about three branches, or when a branch cannot afford to go offline. Below that, a VPN between firewalls with a backup internet line usually does the job for less.
Can you reuse our existing switches?
Often. We check model, firmware and support status at the site visit and replace only what limits speed, PoE or security.
