How much does a site visit cost?

20 KWD. An engineer visits, measures and checks, and you receive a written design and fixed price. The 20 KWD is deducted from your invoice when you go ahead.

Can you help remotely?

Yes. Remote support and remote programming are booked by the hour, 5 KWD per hour, Sunday to Thursday between 9:30 am and 6 pm.

Which areas do you cover?

All six governorates of Kuwait. Our office is in Fahaheel, Al-Ahmadi.

Which brands do you install?

Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti UniFi, TP-Link Omada, Ruijie, Grandstream, Fortinet, MikroTik and others. We recommend by site and budget, not by brand.

What happens after installation?

Equipment carries its manufacturer warranty, and you can add a maintenance contract (AMC) from 50 KWD per month with a 4-hour response time.
