IT support and helpdesk for Kuwait businesses

UltraTech Kuwait is an IT support company that runs the helpdesk for businesses in Kuwait. Your staff report a fault by phone, WhatsApp or email, get a ticket number, and an engineer connects remotely to fix it. When the fault needs hands, an engineer goes to the site, and critical faults get a same-day response. Support covers computers, laptops, Microsoft 365, email, printers and scanners.

The label matters

Each device carries a label from onboarding. "PC-HO-04" tells us exactly which machine, without a site visit to find it.

A photo saves time

A picture of the error message often tells us the fix before the remote session starts.

Notes stay on the device

When the same machine fails again, the history is already there, so a pattern shows up as a pattern.

Fixed remotely, or fixed on site

We try remotely first because it's faster than driving. Some faults need hands; those get a visit.

Usually fixed remotely

  • Windows errors and updates
  • Outlook and email problems
  • Microsoft 365 accounts and passwords
  • Printer drivers and stuck print queues
  • Scanning to email or a folder
  • POS app or browser reinstall
  • New users set up

Needs an engineer on site

  • A device that won't power on
  • Hardware faults: disk, memory, power supply
  • Paper jams and mechanical printer faults
  • Cabling and network sockets
  • A camera that has moved or lost its picture
  • Anything that needs a part fitted

What the helpdesk covers

Remote helpdesk

One helpdesk for every site. Faults reported by phone, WhatsApp or email get a ticket number straight away and are worked on remotely first.

On-site engineer visits

When a fault can't be fixed remotely, an engineer goes to the site. Critical faults get a same-day response; common spares are kept in stock in Kuwait.

Computer, laptop & Microsoft 365 support

The computers your staff use every day, and the accounts on them.

Printer & scanner support

Office printers and scanners that every desk can reach. Receipt printers are covered under branch support.

What to tell us when you report a fault

  1. 01

    Which site

The branch or office, so the right engineer is lined up.

  2. 02

    The device label

The code on the sticker, such as PC-HO-04 or POS-B07.

  3. 03

    What you see

The message on the screen, or a photo of it.

  4. 04

    When it started

And whether anything changed: a move, a power cut, a new install.

  5. 05

    Who it stops

One person, a department, or the whole site. It sets the priority.
