An IT annual maintenance contract (AMC) from UltraTech Kuwait puts every computer, POS terminal, printer, camera, recorder and network device at your sites under one 12-month agreement. You pay a fixed monthly fee that includes repair labour, call-outs and remote support. Parts are quoted for your approval when they are needed, and critical faults get a same-day response.
Most clients put everything under one contract. Some only need the cameras or the network looked after. The scope is written per client, device by device.
The whole estate
IT annual maintenance contract
Computers, laptops, POS, printers, CCTV, network and the server cabinet, at every site on the list.
Repair labour on every listed device
Remote helpdesk and on-site call-outs
Asset register and labels from onboarding
Warranty claims on existing equipment, followed for you
Cameras kept honest
CCTV & recorder maintenance
A camera that shows a picture isn't always recording. This contract checks the part you only notice when you need the footage.

Recording and retention checked on the recorder
Hard-disk health, before a disk fails
Date and time kept correct
Firmware review and mobile viewing
Footage exported when you need it
The network everything runs on
Network & cabinet maintenance
The router, switch and Wi-Fi at each site, and the cabinet at head office.
Router, switch and Wi-Fi support
POS kept apart from guest Wi-Fi
Wi-Fi and admin password changes
Cabinet housekeeping, patching and labelling
Switch and UPS checks
What's in the contract you sign
Our maintenance contracts follow the same structure every time, so you can check each clause against what you were told.
The annex decides the fee
Annex A lists every site and how many of each device it has. The monthly fee is worked out from it, so the list is worth getting right.
Support, not development
Software support means keeping what you have working. New development, upgrades and major changes are outside the contract.
Nothing open-ended
Response times, what's quoted and what's excluded are all written down before you sign, not explained after a fault.

Why parts aren't bundled into the fee
Some contracts include parts. It sounds safer, but you pay for it every month, whether anything fails or not.
Parts-included contract
The fee carries the cost of parts that might fail, on every device
Older equipment pushes the fee up for the whole estate
Consumables and accidental damage are often excluded anyway
You don't choose between repairing and replacing
Our contract: labour included, parts quoted
The fee covers what we control: labour, visits and remote work
When a part fails, you see the price before anything is fitted
You decide: repair, replace with the same, or upgrade
Manufacturer warranties stay in force, and we raise the claim
