Which home service do I need?
Start from the problem. Weak Wi-Fi in some rooms needs cabled access points, not a stronger router. Slow or dropping internet is usually the 5G signal, fixed with an outdoor unit. A new house needs a cabling plan before plaster. If one thing stopped working, book remote support first.
| Situation | Service |
|---|---|
| Building or renovating a villa | Villa network planner |
| Wi-Fi doesn't reach every room | Home network and Wi-Fi setup |
| Internet is slow or drops | 5G home solutions |
| Something stopped working | Troubleshooting |
| Cameras outside the house | CCTV installation |
| A gate intercom or room phones | Home intercom and PBX |
| Cabling, a cabinet, storage or a UPS | Home IT infrastructure |
| A family or apartment building | Residential buildings |
| A regular check-up | Home network maintenance |
| Help with computers and accounts | Home IT support |
Why is the Wi-Fi weak in parts of a Kuwaiti house?
Because the walls and floors are reinforced concrete. One router, however strong, cannot push a usable signal through two slabs, and wireless mesh units lose speed with every hop. The fix is a cabled access point on the ceiling of each floor.
See how we set up home Wi-Fi, or work it out with the villa and home planner.
5G or fibre for a home in Kuwait?
Fibre, where the house has it: it is steadier, especially for gaming and video calls. Where it doesn't, 5G works well when the router sits where the signal is strongest, which is usually outdoors on the roof, cabled down to the house.
We check Zain, stc and Ooredoo at the house before you sign a contract with any of them.
See 5G installation for homes and 5G routers and their prices.
What do home cameras and a gate intercom involve?
Outdoor cameras on the gates, the parking and the sides of the house, cabled to a recorder indoors and watched on your phone; and a station at the gate that rings your phone and opens the door from anywhere. Both run on the same cabling and cabinet as the Wi-Fi.
See CCTV installation in Kuwait and home intercom and phones.
Can it be fixed remotely, or do you need to visit?
Often remotely. Settings, accounts, email, printers and most Wi-Fi configuration are fixed in a one-hour remote session (5 KWD). Cabling, new equipment, a weak signal or a camera that is offline need a visit.
Which areas of Kuwait do you cover?
All of them, across the six governorates. Bookings run Saturday–Thursday, 8 am–8 pm, and we confirm each one on WhatsApp.
