You can take it monthly under an AMC from 50 KWD per month, or book a one-off check. Every project begins with a 20 KWD site visit, deducted from your invoice.

Exact prices are fixed in writing after a 20 KWD site visit, deducted from your invoice.
Our network is slow. Where do we start?
With a health check: an engineer measures the internet, switches, Wi-Fi and firewall and writes down what is causing it. Many problems are fixed remotely the same day; the rest are priced in the report.
Can you take over a network another company installed?
Yes. We document it first, recover admin access where it was lost, and then monitor and maintain it.
Do you offer emergency support?
Under an AMC, faults are answered by phone and remotely first, and an engineer comes on site when the fault cannot be fixed remotely.
