UltraTech Kuwait is an IT and low-current systems company in Kuwait. We design, supply, install and support Wi-Fi and networks, CCTV cameras, intercoms, fiber optics and structured cabling, 5G internet, firewalls, IP phone systems, servers and storage, and maintenance contracts, for homes, villas, offices, shops, warehouses and industrial sites.
Do you install Wi-Fi, CCTV and intercom in new villas?
Yes. For a new villa we plan the cabling with your electrician before the finishing work: wired access points on every floor instead of mesh, outdoor IP cameras with a recorder, and a gate intercom you can answer on your phone. Our villa planner gives a starting plan, which an engineer confirms on site.
Which areas of Kuwait do you cover?
All areas of Kuwait, from Kuwait City, Hawally and Salmiya to Ahmadi, Fahaheel, Jahra and Farwaniya. Our office is in Fahaheel, next to X-cite (Al-Ahmadi), and our engineers come to your site.
How much does a site visit cost?
For homes and businesses alike: Site visits are free in most areas of Kuwait. Distant areas have a location-based fee; select your area to see the exact fee before booking. Any paid visit fee is deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us. You can book a visit online and choose a time.
How quickly will I get a quotation?
Quote requests are reviewed by a person and answered within 4-8 working hours. Delivery and installation start within 2–3 days after the 50% advance is cleared. Project completion time depends on the scope and requirements.
Do you offer IT maintenance contracts (AMC)?
Yes. A maintenance contract is a fixed monthly fee set from your device list, for 12 months, covering labour, remote support and call-outs; parts are quoted for your approval. Maintenance contract clients get a same-day response to critical faults; regular visits run 09:00–18:00, with critical faults only outside those hours.
What warranty do you give?
Every product we supply carries a 1-year hardware warranty, whatever the brand, and our installation work carries a workmanship warranty of 1–3 months depending on the job.
Which brands do you supply and install?
We supply and install TP-Link Omada, Ruijie, Ubiquiti, Aruba, Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Hanwha Vision, Akuvox, Fortinet, Grandstream and Yeastar, among others, and recommend the brand that fits your site and budget rather than one brand for every job.
