It depends on the task and the building access, and we confirm the time before we go. Maintenance contract clients get a same-day response to critical faults; regular visits run 09:00–18:00, with critical faults only outside those hours.
Yes. We import it, clear it through Kuwait customs and install it. Duty and clearance charges are in the quotation before you ship.
