How much does a home technical visit cost?

20 KWD. An engineer visits your site to assess the requirements, plan the solution and provide the relevant design/recommendations and quotation. An engineer plans access-point placement, wiring, piping and conduit, intercom, CCTV, networking and other technical planning with you. The 20 KWD is deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us.

How much is remote IT support?

5 KWD for one hour. An engineer connects remotely to your computer or network and helps resolve issues such as Wi-Fi, email, printers, networking or device settings.

What is remote programming?

One hour (5 KWD). An engineer configures your equipment remotely, including firewall rules, switches, access points, NVR/cameras, IP phones or PBX systems.

Which days and hours can I book?

Sunday – Thursday, 9:30 am – 6 pm, Kuwait time. Site visits can be booked from the next working day; remote sessions with two hours' notice.

How is my booking confirmed?

We confirm every booking on WhatsApp within working hours. You also get a reference number and can add the booking to your calendar.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with your booking reference and we move or cancel it.

Do you cover my area?

Site visits cover all six governorates of Kuwait. Remote sessions work anywhere you have an internet connection.
