Hardware for every desk in the office

UltraTech Kuwait supplies business hardware in Kuwait: laptops, desktops, workstations, servers, storage, network and security equipment, printers and accessories. We buy through official distributors in Kuwait, match each device to the person who will use it, and can deliver it set up and labelled.

Start with the people, not the catalogue

This is roughly how we think about an office before we suggest a single model. Your list will look different, and that's the point of asking.

What we supply, and what we ask before quoting

Laptops, desktops and workstations

Servers and storage

Network and security equipment

Printers, scanners and accessories

Things that matter more in Kuwait than in the brochure

Heat and dust in the server cupboard

A server closet that is fine in March can cook equipment in August when the air conditioning is switched off at the weekend. Before we supply a server we ask where it will sit, and we'll say so if that place needs cooling or a rack with filters.

Power cuts and spikes

Short interruptions and voltage drops are enough to corrupt a disk. A server, storage or a core switch should never be quoted without a UPS sized for it, so ours aren't.

Plugs, keyboards and warranty region

Equipment bought for another market can arrive with the wrong plug, an English-only keyboard and a warranty the local service centre won't honour. Buying through the official Kuwait channel avoids all three.

What arrives on delivery day

  1. 1Devices in their original boxes, or unboxed and set up if you asked us to prepare them
  2. 2Each device labelled with an asset number and the user's name
  3. 3The asset list: device, serial number, user and warranty end date
  4. 4Warranty registered with the manufacturer where the brand allows it
  5. 5Old devices collected if you asked, with the data wiped first on request

Questions about hardware supply

Do you supply consumer laptops?

We can, but we usually advise against them for staff. Business models stay available longer, are easier to repair and have better warranty options.

Can you supply the same model we bought two years ago?

Often yes, or its direct replacement. Send us the old model number or a photo of the label and we'll find the closest current match.

Can you install the network equipment you supply?

Yes. Installing networks is our main work, so supply and installation can be one job with one handover.

How do you deliver servers?

Delivered and installed in the rack or cabinet, powered through a UPS, and tested before we leave.

Do you supply single items?

Yes. One monitor or one printer is quoted the same way as a full office.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on what is in stock with the distributor. We confirm the lead time for each item in the quotation, before you order.

Tell us who needs what

Roles and numbers are enough to start. We'll suggest the models, explain why, and send a written quotation.
