UltraTech Kuwait installs every product it sells with its own engineers, anywhere in Kuwait, with a 1-year hardware warranty on every brand and a 1–3 month warranty on the installation work. Installation is priced per point, from 5–15 KWD per camera; maintenance and removals are charged separately. Site visits are free for businesses, and 20 KWD for homes, deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead. Custom orders, pre-order products and project orders are quoted per project.

- A claim needs the maintenance the manufacturer specifies to have been followed.
- Damage from misuse, missing required maintenance, or normal wear is not covered, as in the manufacturer's terms.
These warranties are on top of your rights under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014; any clause that limits those rights is void, so nothing here reduces the remedies the law gives you.

Support after installation
Questions in the first weeks are answered by the engineers who did the job. For ongoing care, a maintenance contract (AMC) from 50 KWD a month covers visits, remote support and maintenance, with a 4h response time for contract clients.

Questions about installation and warranty
Does UltraTech install the products it sells?
Yes. Our own engineers install, configure and test every product we supply, anywhere in Kuwait. Installation is charged per point (for example 5–15 KWD per camera) and quoted before work starts.
What warranty do products bought from UltraTech have?
Every product carries a 1-year hardware warranty, whatever the brand. If a unit fails under warranty, we handle the replacement for you.
Is the installation work itself guaranteed?
Yes. Our installation work has a 1 to 3 month workmanship warranty, depending on the type of project. If something we installed was not done right, we fix it at no charge.
How long does a warranty replacement take?
Around 1 to 4 weeks. We handle it locally or through the brand abroad, as each brand requires, and the time depends on the brand and on stock.
Do these warranty terms affect my rights under Kuwait law?
