Managed IT services and IT support in Kuwait

UltraTech Kuwait is an IT support company that looks after the IT of offices and multi-branch businesses in Kuwait under one maintenance contract (AMC). A fixed monthly fee covers support for computers, POS terminals, printers, CCTV recorders and the network at every site you list. Faults go to one helpdesk, are handled remotely first, and critical faults get a same-day response.

What one contract looks after

Every device on your list, at every site, is covered by the same contract and the same team. These are the systems we support, and what that support includes.

  • POS terminals and tablets

The till at each branch and everything plugged into it

  • Computers and laptops

Office and branch PCs, laptops and their users

  • Receipt printers

The thermal printers every sale depends on

  • Office printers and scanners

Shared printers that every desk can reach

  • Cameras and recorders

CCTV that is checked, not assumed to work

  • Network and Wi-Fi

The router, switch and Wi-Fi at each site

  • Server and network cabinet

The cabinet at head office that everything runs through

  • Business software

First-line support for the software you already run, such as Odoo POS

What happens when something breaks

One route for every fault, whichever site it comes from. You always know who has it and what happens next.

  1. 1

    You report it

By phone, WhatsApp or email. You get a ticket number straight away, so nothing is lost between calls.

  2. 2

    We connect remotely

Many POS, printer and Windows faults are fixed in one remote session, with no wait for an engineer to drive over.

  3. 3

An engineer goes to the site

When it can't be fixed remotely, we send an engineer. A critical fault gets a same-day response.

  4. 4

    Parts are approved first

If something has to be replaced, you get the price before anything is fitted.

  5. 5

    The ticket closes with notes

What failed and what we did is recorded against the device, so a repeat fault shows up.

How fast we respond

  • P1 · CriticalSame day

A whole site can't operate: no sales, no network or no system.

Fix target: As soon as practicable, depending on diagnosis and parts

  • P2 · HighSame business day

The site is still working, but a device, camera, computer or service is down or degraded.

Fix target: As soon as practicable, depending on diagnosis and parts

  • P3 · NormalWithin 1 working day

Requests, changes, new users and minor issues.

Fix target: Within 5 working days

Regular visits run 09:00–18:00. Outside those hours, engineers attend critical faults only. When a fix needs a replacement part, the time depends on the part being available; common spares are kept in stock in Kuwait.

The first 30 days: we learn every site

A contract starts with a visit to every site. By the end of the first month you hold a written record of your IT that most businesses never have.

  1. Week 1

    Kick-off

  2. Weeks 1–3

    Every site visited

  3. Week 4

What you hold at the end

  • An asset register of every covered device, by site
  • A label on each device that matches the register
  • Admin passwords and settings, recorded in one place and shared with you
  • A health report for each site, urgent issues first

Built for businesses with branches

A café chain, a retailer or a clinic group doesn't have one IT problem. It has thirty small ones in thirty places, and every one of them stops a counter. The contract is set up for that.

  • The till comes first

  • Kiosks in malls and co-ops

  • Sites in every governorate

  • Your POS software stays with its provider

  • Payments kept apart from guests

  • One contact for every site

Offices work the same way: users, email, printers and the server cabinet are covered by the same contract.

How a contract is priced

There are no fixed packages. The monthly fee is worked out from your device list, and stays the same for the whole contract.

What sets the fee

  • How many sites, and how far apart they are
  • How many devices each site has
  • How much needs on-site work and how much can be handled remotely
  • Sites with special access rules, such as malls and co-ops

The terms

  • A fixed monthly fee for 12 months
  • Invoiced quarterly, payable within 15 days by bank transfer or cheque
  • Starts when we receive the signed contract or LPO
  • Either side can end it with 60 days' written notice
