How much do telephony & UC services cost in Kuwait?
IP PBX installation: from 350 KWD (IP PBX for a small office, up to 20 extensions, installed). Grandstream UCM: from 150 KWD (grandstream UCM appliance, supplied). GSM / VoIP gateways: from 90 KWD (GSM or VoIP gateway, supplied). Cloud / hosted PBX: from 3 KWD (cloud PBX, per user). Fanvil IP phones: from 25 KWD (IP desk phone, supplied and configured). Exact prices are fixed in writing after a 20 KWD site visit, deducted from your invoice.
Can we keep our existing phone numbers?
Yes. Existing lines connect to the new system through gateways or SIP, and mobile SIMs can be used as office lines through GSM gateways.
On-site PBX or cloud?
On-site suits offices that want a one-off cost and local control. Cloud suits teams spread across sites or working remotely, paid per user each month.
Do staff need desk phones?
Not always. 3CX and most systems include apps for mobiles and PCs; many offices keep desk phones only at reception and key desks.
