What 5G is right for, and what it is not
- Right for: office internet, camp Wi-Fi, CCTV upload from a temporary site, and backup links.
- Not for: control loops and safety systems. A public mobile network gives no guaranteed latency or coverage.
- Private 5G: an operator builds it on licensed spectrum for a large site. We connect the site's network and devices to it.
- Point-to-point radio: needs clear line of sight. The distance depends on the radios, antennas and dust, so it is checked on the map and on site before quoting.

Can 5G replace fiber on an oil site?
For office internet, camp Wi-Fi and temporary sites, often yes. For control systems and anything safety-related, no: a public mobile network gives no guaranteed latency or coverage, so those stay on fiber or the site's own systems.
Can you build a private 5G network?
Private 5G networks in Kuwait are built by the licensed mobile operators on their spectrum. We plan the site side with you, connect the LAN and devices to it, and secure the link. We do not install base stations.
Which operator is best at our site?
It depends on the nearest cell. We measure signal quality from each operator at the site before choosing, and use dual SIM where the site needs both.
Can you install a signal booster?
Only with the mobile operator's approval. An unapproved repeater interferes with the network, so coverage problems inside buildings are raised with the operator first.
