Book UltraTech Kuwait online: a site visit costs 20 KWD and is deducted from your invoice when you go ahead; remote support and remote programming cost 5 KWD for one hour. Bookings run Sunday – Thursday, 9:30 am – 6 pm, and we confirm each one on WhatsApp.

What happens after you book?

    Pick the service, day and time. You get a reference number straight away.

    An engineer confirms the time and asks anything needed beforehand.

    The engineer arrives or calls

    On site within your window, or a call at the start of your remote session.

    After a visit: a written design and fixed price. After a remote session: what was done.

Questions about booking

How much does a site visit cost in Kuwait?

20 KWD. An engineer visits, measures and checks, and you receive a written design and fixed price. The 20 KWD is deducted from your invoice when you go ahead with the work.

How much is remote IT support?

5 KWD for one hour. An engineer connects to your computer or network by screen share and fixes the problem with you.

What is remote programming?

One hour (5 KWD) of an engineer configuring your equipment remotely: firewall rules, switches, access points, NVR and cameras, IP phones or the PBX.

Which days and hours can I book?

Sunday to Thursday, 9:30 am to 6 pm Kuwait time. Site visits can be booked from the next working day; remote sessions with two hours' notice.

How is my booking confirmed?

We confirm every booking on WhatsApp within working hours. You also get a reference number and can add the booking to your calendar.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes. Call or WhatsApp us with your booking reference and we move or cancel it.

Do you cover my area?

Site visits cover all six governorates of Kuwait. Remote sessions work anywhere you have an internet connection.
