What managed IT covers
Take the full package or start with the piece that hurts most — every service below can stand alone.
Unlimited IT support
A flat monthly fee covers every support request — no counting tickets, no per-callout billing. Your staff call, WhatsApp, or email; we fix it. Predictable cost, no surprise invoices.
IT AMC & maintenance contracts
Annual (AMC) or monthly (MMC) contracts covering PCs, servers, networks, Wi-Fi, CCTV, firewalls, PBX, and UPS — one agreement, one 4-hour SLA, instead of five vendors pointing at each other.
Remote IT support
Most issues never need a visit. Secure remote sessions fix software faults, email problems, printer queues, and user lockouts in minutes — while you watch what we do on screen.
On-site IT support
When hardware fails or the network is down, an engineer comes to you — same-day for contract clients, across all governorates from Kuwait City to Ahmadi.
Help desk for your staff
A single number and WhatsApp line your employees actually use. Requests are logged, prioritized, and resolved — with bilingual English/Arabic engineers, not a script-reading call center.
Preventive maintenance
Scheduled visits that catch failing disks, dying UPS batteries, overheating switches, and un-tested backups before they take the office down — logged in a report you can read.
The SLA — what you're actually buying
A managed contract is a promise with numbers on it. These are ours.
4-hour response
Contract clients get a guaranteed engineer response within 4 hours of reporting a fault — by phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Same-day on-site
If it can't be fixed remotely, an engineer attends the same day — all governorates covered from our Fahaheel head office and Mangaf support center.
One SLA, whole stack
PCs, servers, network, Wi-Fi, firewall, CCTV, PBX, UPS — one provider responsible end to end, so no vendor can point at another.
English & Arabic
Engineers support your staff in either language — a real difference for mixed teams and Arabic-first offices.
Who managed IT is for
Offices without an IT person
10–100 staff, nobody owns IT. We become your IT department: onboarding new hires, fixing daily issues, managing licenses and renewals.
Businesses with one overloaded IT admin
Your admin handles projects; we take the daily ticket flood, after-hours cover, and the systems they don't specialize in — firewalls, CCTV, PBX.
Multi-branch operations
Retail chains, clinics, restaurants with several sites — one contract, one SLA, the same team at every branch, from Jahra to Fahaheel.
Companies burned by callout-only support
Paying per emergency means your provider profits from your downtime. A managed contract flips the incentive: we profit when nothing breaks.
One team for the whole stack
Most Kuwait IT support firms stop at PCs and printers. Because we design and install networks, CCTV, firewalls, PBX systems, and server rooms ourselves, the same contract can cover all of it — one number to call whatever breaks.
Managed IT in Kuwait — common questions
How much do managed IT services cost in Kuwait?
Pricing depends on how many users and devices you have and what's covered (PCs only, or the full stack with servers, network, CCTV, and PBX). Contracts are a fixed monthly or annual fee in KWD — quoted in writing after a free site survey, so there are no per-ticket surprises. A small office typically costs less per month than a single emergency callout-and-repair used to.
What's included in a managed IT contract?
Unlimited support requests (remote and on-site per your plan), a 4-hour response SLA, scheduled preventive maintenance visits, monitoring of critical systems, license and renewal management, and priority emergency support. Hardware parts are quoted separately at agreed rates — labor is covered.
What is the difference between managed IT services and an AMC?
An AMC (annual maintenance contract) is the contract vehicle — a yearly agreement with an SLA. Managed IT services is the broader service delivered under it: help desk, monitoring, preventive visits, user support, and vendor management. We offer both annual (AMC) and monthly (MMC) terms; see our IT maintenance contracts page for the full comparison.
How fast do you respond when something breaks?
Contract clients get a guaranteed response within 4 hours — most remote issues are picked up much faster — and same-day on-site attendance when a visit is needed. Critical failures like a down network or dead server get priority emergency handling, including outside regular hours.
Do you support both English and Arabic speaking staff?
Yes — our engineers support users in English and Arabic, and documentation or training material can be provided in either. For Kuwait offices with mixed teams this removes the translation layer that slows most support down.
Which areas of Kuwait do you cover?
All governorates — Kuwait City, Hawally, Salmiya, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer. Head office is in Fahaheel with a support center in Mangaf and a partner location in Hawally, so both sides of the country get same-day coverage.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes — takeovers are routine. We audit what exists (passwords, licenses, network documentation, backup status), document everything we find, and run a short parallel period so nothing is lost in the handover. You get the documentation regardless — it's your infrastructure.
Do we need to sign a long contract?
No. Monthly (MMC) terms are available with no annual lock-in — same 4-hour SLA, cancel or upgrade anytime. Most clients move to annual once they've seen a few months of service, because the annual rate is better.
