How much does IT equipment rental cost in Kuwait?
Rental is quoted per period rather than from a fixed price list, because the rate depends on the equipment, the duration, and whether you need an engineer with it. Daily, weekly, and monthly terms are available and longer hires carry a lower effective daily rate. Send us the dates and you will get a fixed quote for the whole period.
Can I rent internet or a data line for my site?
We rent and manage the equipment, but the internet subscription itself must be in your own name. Kuwait telecom regulations do not permit reselling connectivity, so we supply and configure the routers and antennas, manage the link, and the SIM or line stays on your account. This is the normal and compliant way to run temporary site connectivity here.
Do you deliver rented equipment to site?
Yes — across Kuwait City, Hawally, Farwaniya, Ahmadi, Jahra, and Mubarak Al-Kabeer, as well as the Shuwaikh and Shuaiba industrial areas and remote project sites. Collection from us is also fine. Delivery is quoted with the hire.
What deposit and documents do you need?
A refundable deposit is held against the value of the equipment and returned after the kit comes back and passes inspection. We ask for company documents and ID for whoever collects or receives it. Exact amounts are confirmed in writing with your quote.
Can I rent for a long project, or only short term?
Both. Single-day hires are common for emergency repairs, and project-duration hires running for months suit construction and industrial sites. Long hires are priced at a lower effective daily rate, and for anything running past a year it is usually worth discussing whether renting or buying serves you better — we will tell you honestly.
