MOI Decision 5003/2015 requires licensed commercial premises in Kuwait to keep 120 days of continuous CCTV recording. That is a storage-sizing problem: a system that looks fine on the monitor can silently overwrite footage after 2–3 weeks if the NVR disk is too small.
