Which plan fits your office
Plans can be mixed per user — email-only for the warehouse, full apps for the office. We recommend the cheapest combination that actually covers your work, then quote it in KWD.
Business Basic
- Business email on your domain (50 GB mailbox)
- Teams, OneDrive (1 TB/user), SharePoint
- Web and mobile Office apps only
- Best for: field teams, shops, email-first offices
Business Standard
- Everything in Basic
- Desktop Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook installed on PCs
- Webinars and appointment booking
- Best for: typical offices that live in Excel and Outlook
Business Premium
- Everything in Standard
- Intune device management, Defender for Office 365
- Conditional access and data protection policies
- Best for: firms handling sensitive data — legal, finance, medical
Exchange Online only
- Just the mailbox on your domain — no apps
- Lowest cost per user
- Mixes with other plans (warehouse staff vs. office staff)
- Best for: giving every employee a real company address cheaply
Migration without losing a single email
Old and new run in parallel, history is copied first, and the switchover happens after hours.
From cPanel / webmail hosting
The most common Kuwait setup: email bundled with cheap web hosting, full mailboxes, and messages silently bouncing. We move every mailbox, folder, and contact to Microsoft 365 and fix deliverability for good.
From Gmail / Google Workspace
Mail, calendar, contacts, and Drive files migrated to Exchange and OneDrive with a mapped folder structure — users find everything where they expect it on day one.
From old Exchange / another partner
On-premises Exchange servers and tenants stuck with an unresponsive reseller. We take over the tenant or migrate it cleanly — you keep your domain, history, and addresses.
More than a license reseller
Anyone can sell you licenses. The value is in what's configured around them.
Setup done properly
Tenant configured with correct DNS: SPF, DKIM, and DMARC so your mail lands in inboxes, not spam folders — the step most Kuwait setups skip.
Security from day one
MFA enforced, admin accounts separated, mailbox auditing on, anti-phishing rules tuned. A compromised email account is the #1 way Kuwait businesses get defrauded.
Training in EN & Arabic
Short hands-on sessions so staff actually use Teams, OneDrive, and shared mailboxes — not just Outlook. Cheat-sheets in the language your team prefers.
Support after go-live
New joiners, leavers, shared mailboxes, storage issues, license changes — handled under the same support arrangement as the rest of your IT.
Microsoft 365 in Kuwait — common questions
How much does Microsoft 365 cost in Kuwait?
Licensing is a per-user monthly or annual subscription at Microsoft's official pricing, billed in KWD — Business Basic costs the least, Business Premium the most, and plans can be mixed (email-only for some staff, full apps for others). We quote the exact per-user KWD price in writing along with a one-time setup/migration fee. Buying a retail box from an electronics store is for home use — business plans on your own domain go through a partner or Microsoft directly.
Can we get email on our own domain (name@company.com)?
Yes — that's the core of the service. We connect your existing domain (or register one), set up every mailbox, and configure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records so mail from your domain is trusted and doesn't land in spam. If you don't have a website yet, we can deliver the domain, website, and email together.
Will we lose emails during migration?
No. Migrations run in stages: old and new systems run in parallel, all historical mail, folders, and contacts are copied first, and the final switchover happens outside working hours. Users log in the next morning with everything in place. We don't delete the old mailboxes until you've confirmed everything arrived.
How long does setup or migration take?
A fresh setup for a small office is typically done in 1–2 days including DNS. Migrations depend on mailbox count and size — a 10–20 user office usually completes within a week, with the visible switchover in a single evening.
Is Microsoft 365 data backed up?
Microsoft keeps your service running but works on a shared-responsibility model — deleted mail and files pass retention limits and are gone, and Microsoft's own terms recommend third-party backup. We configure retention policies and can add a proper 365 backup so a deleted mailbox or ransomware-encrypted OneDrive is recoverable. See our data recovery and backup services.
Do you support Arabic-speaking staff?
Yes — Office apps, Outlook, and Teams all run in Arabic, and our engineers train and support users in Arabic or English. Documentation and cheat-sheets are available in both.
We already have Microsoft 365 but no one manages it — can you take over?
Yes, takeovers are common: tenants set up years ago by someone who left, no MFA, shared passwords, unknown admin account. We audit the tenant, secure it, document it, and manage it going forward — without disrupting mail flow.
What about Google Workspace instead?
We deploy both and will say honestly which fits: Workspace suits teams living in Google Docs and Meet; Microsoft 365 suits offices built on Excel, Outlook, and Windows — which is most of Kuwait. Mixed environments are possible but cost more to run than they're worth for small firms.
