Quick answer

UltraTech Kuwait designs and installs PA and background music systems in Kuwait — zoned paging, scheduled bells and music, and announcements from office phones — for offices, schools, malls and warehouses. It is part of our ELV and low voltage systems work, and connects to the IP phone systems we install.

Why most PA systems disappoint

Announcements nobody can understand

Too few speakers, the wrong type, or one volume for every room — so the call is either a whisper or an echo.

Everyone hears everything

No zones, so a call for the warehouse interrupts the showroom and the offices.

Music and paging fight each other

Music doesn't duck under announcements, or the whole system has to be switched by hand.

A system nobody can maintain

Unlabelled amplifiers and cables from an old fit-out, and nobody who knows which speaker is on which line.

What we install

Zones for every area

Page one zone, a group, or the whole site. Offices, showroom, warehouse and outside each get their own volume and content.

Background music that behaves

Scheduled music per zone that fades automatically under every announcement, then comes back.

Paging from a desk or a phone

Desk paging microphones, or page any zone straight from your office phones through the phone system.

Scheduled bells and messages

School bells, shift changes, opening and closing announcements — timed, so nobody has to remember.

The right speaker for each space

Ceiling speakers for offices and shops, horns for warehouses and yards, weatherproof units outside.

IP PA across buildings

Network-based PA that reaches separate buildings and branches over the network you already have.

How it works

  1. Survey

We walk the site, agree the zones and measure each area's size and noise.

  2. Zone and speaker plan

The right speaker type and spacing per area, with a fixed quote.

  3. Clean installation

Neat, labelled cabling installed around your working hours.

  4. Tuned and handed over

Every zone tested and balanced, with a zone map and staff walkthrough.

Often installed together with CCTV, structured cabling and access control, and kept running under an AMC maintenance contract.

PA system questions

What is a PA system and what does it include?

A PA (public address) system lets you make announcements and play background music across a building. UltraTech Kuwait designs and installs zoned PA systems in Kuwait: amplifiers, ceiling speakers, horn speakers for warehouses and outdoor areas, paging microphones and music sources, with each area set up as its own zone.

Can we play background music and still make announcements?

Yes. Music is scheduled per zone and fades automatically under every announcement, then returns. You can play music in the showroom while the warehouse stays quiet, for example.

Can we page from our office phones?

Yes. With an IP PA system connected to your phone system, any office phone can page a zone or the whole building. We install and connect both, so it works from day one.

Do you install school bell and timed announcement systems?

Yes. Bells, prayer-time reminders, shift changes and opening or closing messages can all run on a schedule per zone.

Can you fix or take over an existing PA system?

Yes. We survey the existing amplifiers, speakers and cabling, fix what can be kept, replace what can't, and hand over a labelled zone map so the system can be maintained properly.

Do you offer maintenance for PA systems?

Yes. PA systems can be covered under our AMC maintenance contracts together with CCTV, network and phone systems, with scheduled checks and same-day response to critical faults.
