The RG-NIS3100-8GT2SFP-HP has eight Gigabit PoE+ ports on a 240 W budget and 2 SFP uplinks, 20 Gbps switching, for an outdoor or plant-room cabinet feeding up to eight cameras or APs. It differs from the NIS3100-8GT4SFP-HP only in uplinks: two SFP instead of four. Choose the 4-SFP model when the switch sits in a fibre ring or feeds other switches by fibre.
