How does a project with UltraTech run?
1.Site visit
An engineer visits the site before anything is designed or quoted; the visit is booked online and deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us.
2.Survey and design
An engineer measures the site, checks power, racks and routes, and agrees the scope with you.
3.Written quotation
Quote requests are reviewed by a person and answered within 4-8 working hours.
4.Installation
Delivery and installation start within 2–3 days after the 50% advance is cleared. Project completion time depends on the scope and requirements.
5.Testing and handover
Every point and link is tested and labelled; you get the results, diagrams and credentials.
6.Support and AMC
Optional maintenance contracts (AMC) for a fixed monthly fee, with a same-day response to critical faults.
