Smart hands and IT dispatch in Kuwait

UltraTech Kuwait sends an engineer to your site anywhere in Kuwait to do the hands-on IT work your remote team cannot: rack and cable equipment, swap a failed part, console in, check lights and serial numbers, and report back with photos against your ticket. Your team stays in control on a call; we are their hands in the room.

What our engineer can do on your site

Install and connect

  • Rack and stack servers, switches, firewalls and UPS units
  • Patch and label cables to your port map
  • Mount and connect access points and cameras
  • Connect a new internet line and hand it over to your team

Diagnose and swap

  • Read status lights, error codes and serial numbers
  • Swap a disk, power supply, fan, switch or access point
  • Reseat cables and modules, power-cycle on instruction
  • Attach a console cable so your team can work remotely

Check and document

  • Audit what is installed in a rack or a room
  • Photograph cabling, labels and equipment
  • Record serial numbers and asset tags
  • Collect or ship back faulty parts for warranty

Typical requests we get from abroad

A switch died in the Kuwait office

The replacement is already in the office or comes from a distributor here. We fit it, reconnect the cables to the same ports, and your network team pushes the configuration.

A new firewall must go live on a set night

We install it before the change window, stay on the call while your engineer cuts over, and wait on site until your tests pass.

Nobody knows what is in the rack

We visit, photograph every device and cable, and send a list with models, serial numbers and port connections.

How a dispatch runs

  1. 1

    Ticket in

Task, site, contact and the time you want.

  2. 2

    Confirmed

Engineer, arrival time and the quotation.

  3. 3

    On site

Work done to your steps, your team on the call.

  4. 4

    Report

Photos and notes on your ticket after the visit.

Put this in the ticket

  • Site address, floor and room or rack number
  • Access: building pass, permit or escort needed
  • The steps, or what result you expect
  • Where the parts or replacement device are
  • Who to call during the visit, and their time zone

What your team gets back

  • A written note of what was found and what was done
  • Photos before and after
  • Serial numbers of anything installed or removed
  • Your ticket number on everything

Quotes, invoices and payment

  • Quoted and invoiced in Kuwaiti dinars, US dollars or euros
  • Invoiced to the Kuwait branch or to the head office abroad
  • Pay by card through our payment link (cards issued outside Kuwait accepted, charged in KWD)
  • Or by SWIFT transfer in USD or EUR, KNET or local bank transfer

We never ask for card numbers by email, phone or WhatsApp.

Questions

Can our engineer guide yours live?

Yes. Our engineer joins your call or video meeting from the site and follows your instructions step by step.

Do you configure the equipment too?

If you ask us to, yes. Many teams prefer to keep configuration themselves and use us only for the physical work; both are fine.

Can you work at night or at a weekend?

Yes, for planned change windows; tell us the window when you book so we can confirm an engineer for it.

Is there a minimum number of visits?

No. One visit is quoted on its own. Regular visits are cheaper to run under a maintenance contract.
