IT setup for a new office in Kuwait, and office moves

UltraTech Kuwait prepares the IT of a new Kuwait office for international companies, from the empty floor to staff logging in on day one: network cabling, the internet line, switches, Wi-Fi, laptops, printers and meeting rooms, set up to your global standard. When an office moves, we plan the move, carry it out over the agreed days and reconnect everything at the new address.

Network and internet

  • The internet line ordered from a Kuwait provider and handed over
  • Firewall, switches and Wi-Fi installed for your team to configure, or configured by us
  • Guest Wi-Fi kept apart from the office network
  • A backup internet line if the office must not go offline

Desks and rooms

  • Laptops enrolled to your device management on your instructions
  • Printers, scanners and docks set up
  • Meeting-room screens and video-conferencing kits installed
  • Phones or softphones connected to your system

Projects we plan with international teams

A first office in Kuwait

Your regional IT team sends the standard; we turn it into a cabling plan for the floor, a shopping list for Kuwait, and a date when the office is ready.

Moving to a bigger floor

We cable and test the new floor first, move the equipment over a weekend, and staff find their desks working on Sunday morning.

A project office on a site

Portable cabins or a rented villa: internet, Wi-Fi, printers and a small rack, set up quickly and removed when the project ends.

Questions

Can you work with our fit-out contractor?

Yes. We agree the cable routes, rack position, power and ceiling access with them early, so nothing is closed up before the IT is in.

Who orders the internet line?

We can request it from a Kuwait provider in the company's name and handle the installation visit; the contract stays with your company.

Can staff work during an office move?

Usually the move is planned over a weekend or in stages, so only the agreed days are affected.

Do you remove the old cabling and equipment?

On request, yes. Tell us whether old devices need their data wiped before they leave the office.
