Every device leaves the box on factory settings, so we do the part that matters: separate networks for staff, phones, guests and cameras, firewall rules and VPN, access points placed and tuned on site, and the security subscriptions tracked so protection doesn't quietly expire. Equipment comes through official distributors with a Kuwait warranty.

A typical office plan. Each kind of device sits on its own network, so a guest's phone or an infected camera can't reach the accounts PC. Yours is drawn for your office and handed over in writing.

What the box needs after you buy it
Shops sell the firewall and stop there. Its protection runs on a subscription, and the switches and APs need firmware for years. This is what we keep track of.

What we plan for in Kuwait
Ceiling heat
Access points above a false ceiling sit in some of the hottest air in a Kuwaiti summer. We choose models rated for it and mount them where they can breathe.
Power cuts and changeovers
A few seconds without power restarts the whole network. A small UPS on the rack keeps the firewall and switches up, and calls keep going.
Two lines, one office
Many offices here keep a fibre line and a 5G backup. The firewall is set to switch between them by itself, so the internet stays on.
Questions about network and security equipment
Can you work with equipment we already have?
Yes. We check what's there, keep what's still supported, and only replace what is out of updates or too small for the job.
Which brands do you supply?
Firewalls, switches and access points from the major business brands sold through official distributors in Kuwait. We pick one family that suits your size and keeps management simple.
What happens when the firewall subscription ends?
The firewall keeps passing traffic, but the filtering and threat protection stop updating. We remind you before the date and quote the renewal.
Can the network be managed from the cloud?
Yes. Most ranges we supply can be managed from a web portal, which lets us see problems and make changes without a visit.
Do you install the equipment too?
Yes. We mount, cable, configure and test everything, and can run the cabling and racks as well.
Can you look after it after installation?
Yes. Updates, renewals, settings backups and fault response can be covered by a maintenance contract.
