How quickly do you reply?
Within working hours, Saturday to Thursday, 8 am to 8 pm. Simple jobs are often priced the same day; larger ones after a site visit.
Do I need a site visit to get a price?
Not always. Small or well-defined jobs can be priced from your description. For installations we usually visit first. An engineer visits the site before anything is designed or quoted; the visit is booked online and deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us.
What should I include?
What you need done, roughly how big the site is (users, floors, rooms) and when. Drawings or photos help, and we will ask for them if needed.
Is the quote binding?
The written quote fixes the price for the scope it describes. If the scope changes, we update it in writing before any extra work.
What happens next
- You describe the job. A few lines and a service, if you know it.
- An engineer calls you. To understand the site and ask what is missing.
- Site visit if needed. An engineer visits the site before anything is designed or quoted; the visit is booked online and deducted from your final invoice if you go ahead with us.
- Written quote. Scope, equipment options and a fixed price.
